VCB/Videomixer [RGB Spectrum]

VCB/Videomixer links graphics and video by converting a workstation'shigh-resolution RGB or grayscale graphics to standard composite(NTSC/PAL) video in realtime. This allows connection to a videotaperecorder, video disc, or standard video projector.VCB/Videomixer accepts the workstation's full-screen display signal;performs line and pixel averaging, and sync generation and encoding; andoutputs composite (NTSC/PAL) video or, optionally, European standardvideo.VCB/Videomixer also has the capability to input composite video from acamera or videotape for overlaying with computer-generated graphics orfor mixing video and graphics with a luminance key. Additionalfeatures include the following:

Simultaneous use of the workstation monitor and the NTSC/PAL monitor.
Full color; up to 8 bits per channel, 24 bits total.
Image enhancement through anti-aliasing.
Antiflicker filter.
Genlock.
RGB RS-170A output.
NTSC (or PAL) composite, S-Video and RGB outputs.
Single 9U slot requirement.
